Frequently Asked Questions
For a fully installed fibreglass pool in regional WA, you're generally looking at $30,000 to $120,000+ depending on the pool size, site conditions, fencing requirements, and any extras like heating or fit-out. Every site is different, especially out in country WA, which is why we quote properly upfront rather than giving you a vague number now and surprising you later. We service from Exmouth to Esperance and most places in between, excluding Perth Metro, Geraldton Metro, and the South West corridor (Mandurah, Bunbury, Busselton, Dunsborough, Margaret River, Augusta). Those areas already have great local dealers. Outside of those, we travel anywhere across regional WA - farms, acreage, lifestyle properties, remote communities, you name it. If you're not sure, just enquire and we'll let you know.
The actual install is generally 2-4 days once we're on site, depending on site conditions and weather. The full process from enquiry to swimming usually takes 3-9 months when you factor in design, approvals, manufacturing, and our scheduling. We give you a clear timeline upfront so you know what to expect.
Our quotes are transparent and include everything you need to get swimming - the pool shell, delivery, excavation, installation, plumbing, filtration, and handover. We allow for excavator digs upfront rather than assuming a basic bobcat dig like some metro builders, because we know what regional sites actually involve. If there are any add-ons like heating, lighting upgrades, or paving, they're clearly listed so there are no surprises later.
Yes - we manage the shire and council paperwork as part of our process. Every region in WA is a bit different when it comes to approvals, and we deal with rural shires all the time so we know what each one needs. You don't need to chase paperwork or figure out the process yourself.
Our pool shells come with a lifetime structural warranty from the manufacturer (Barrier Reef Pools or Factory Pools Perth), and our workmanship warranty is provided as per the SPASA contract - we're accredited SPASA members so you're covered by their industry-standard terms.
