Countrywide Pools take the Gold at the SPASA WA 2023 Awards of Excellence!

The 2023 WA Pool & Spa Awards of Excellence was a night to remember for Countrywide Pools! We were thrilled to take home an impressive total of six Gold Awards, including two Major Awards, and receive recognition with four Highly Commended Awards. It was truly a testament to our dedication and passion for creating exceptional pools and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The first award for Countrywide Pools was “Single Location Pool Store” which saw us win Gold and contributed to our first Major Award of the night for “Best Pool Store” for WA! This prestigious accolade affirmed our position as a leader in the industry, and our local community, recognising our unwavering commitment to providing top-notch products and exceptional customer service. We take great pride in being a pool store that goes above and beyond to exceed our customers’ expectations.

Nick Hubble wins Gold for “Operational Excellence” and “Professional of the Year”!

Nick took home the Gold award for “Operational Excellence” and “Professional of the Year” which is an incredible recognition for his hard work since starting with the business in 2007.

Nick prides himself on his excellent communication, organisational and management skills and knowledge of the industry. With all of this combined, Nick successfully runs the operations both in-store and on-site leading to a very reputable and profitable business which has seen astronomical sales growth this year. Nick is always looking at continuous improvement of the business and has adopted a mindset of problem solving, teamwork and growth, allowing him to create more value for customers.

Without a doubt, the sales goals achieved would not have been possible without Nick’s knowledge, experience and passion to help peoples’ pool dreams become a reality.

We were also thrilled to receive the Gold Award for “Fibreglass Pool & Spa Combo” for our installation the Aqua Technics “Saint-Remy” model in Kalgoorlie.

This pool & inbuilt spa combo combined with the added spa package and heater means our clients can experience a real holiday at home. The landscaping and pool colour choice has created a focal point for the property and adds an elegant, modern & sophisticated look to their house and has created a true oasis that can be enjoyed for many years to come.

While the Gold Awards were certainly remarkable, we also want to acknowledge the significance of the Highly Commended Awards we received. These accolades hold great weight in our industry, considering the fierce competition we faced. The Highly Commended Awards we proudly received were:

Firstly, the "Best Fibreglass Pool Builder" Major Award recognized our exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction. To be recognized as highly commended among other leading businesses in this category is truly an honor.

We were also reconized with a Highly Commended Award for “Fibreglass Pool up to $80,000”, “Pool Landscape Design” and “Courtyard/Small pool up to $40,000”.

Members of SPASA pride themselves in offering a total service. This begins with discussions about your needs, advice on the type of filter, water sanitising, fencing, paving, heating, pump cleaning equipment, blankets, maintenance and much more. They will then obtain the necessary permits, undertake the complete construction, fill the pool and correctly balance the water in it.
