Once you have accepted the quote, our office team will be in touch with you within 24 hours with a welcome email and to discuss the next steps and provide you with a tentative installation date. Over the 2-3 days - our installation process includes:
Thorough ground preparation including excavation to dig specs and screed
Safe transportation of the pool from Perth to the installation site
Use of a crane to lift the pool into position
Backfilling with stabilised backfill, which is cracker dust mixed with cement and washed in to ensure a stable foundation
Filling the pool with water during the backfilling process to avoid any cracks or bows in the fiberglass shell
Meticulously plumbing up all pipework and filtration equipment
You will then receive a full handover, which includes a final clean and balance of the water, and a run-down of the equipment meaning you can start enjoying your pool straight away!
